The Builder for May 1st

Awards Luncheon

There were 28 club members and 14 guests present at our special luncheon held on May 1st. President Gord Harris wielded the gavel for our Legion of Honour luncheon held in the large banquet hall of Stonetree Golf and Fitness Club. From banners to flowers from Donna Kaufman at Flower Expressions, to the history binders brought by our historian GK Ann Kelly and certificates, our luncheon was a grand event.

We were honoured to host Governor Hope Markes from Jamaica, our Division 8 LG Carol Ivey, Division 3 LG Bud Orr and his wife Jackie, PLG Bob MacDonald from the Orillia Club, Owen Sound Golden K members Jack and Pat Tweddle, Golden K member and Honorary OS member Ann Kelly, PLG Gail Norris's daughter Leanne, President Gord's wife Elizabeth, PP Bob Miller's wife Ann, K Susan Davey's husband John, K Phil Gignac's wife Linda, PP John McLachlan, PP Jed Phillips and PP Marilyn McKinnon.
